RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Central Vacuums are happy to provide refunds or exchanges should you find your accessory purchase is not suitable. However the following must be adhered to in order to receive a refund or exchange.

• We are notified within 5 working days of your request for a refund or exchange

• All purchased goods must be in original un-used condition and packaging

On the off-chance you have received any order that is incorrect, or if you received damaged or defective accessory, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. Please email us to receive a return address for posting or to arrange pickup.
